Just after clearance of Payment, TOOL POWER will arrange best possible way of the fastest delivery. It may take 5 to 10 days in most cases. BUT delivery to remote locations like WA, NT, NTH QLD & SOME REGIONAL AREAS may take a bit longer.
Replacement Parts Warranty = All new items sold through this website, are under manufacturer’s warranty. In case of any defected or damaged item, TOOL POWER can assist in obtaining warranty provided to the customer with purchases invoice, BUT customer has to pay all freight costs from his/her location to our address. We are not responsible for time & productivity loss BUT our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

All items that need assembling or installation at work place, are the matter of customers’ own responsibility. They must make delivered machinery operational by expert and qualified tradesman or mechanic.
PICK UP is permitted on this item provided the customer makes an appointment with TOOL POWER by emailing us on sales@tpim.com.au or by phoning us. We are based at Huntingdale, Victoria. Please provide proof of purchases when picking up your item, you cannot just turn up unannounced. Also note that in some cases pick up may not be available straight way.
